Your reporting software is not working as expected. Typically surround the License Manager, expected reports being viewed, or licensing issues on domain connected workstations
Try do the following:
  1. Sign onto the computer as a Domain Administrator
  2. Open the Report Manager
    1. Go to File
    2. Compact and Repair Metadata
    3. Follow the instructions
  3. Search your computer for additional .svd files by typing *.svd into the search criteria against the C:\ drive
    1. The most likely location for a virtual file affecting the workstation will be found here: (C:\Users\**USER_NAME**\AppData\Local)
    2. It is good practice to always compress and zip old or unused svd files. There should not be a metadata present in the above location.
