Upgrading to a newer version of MYOB Advanced

Velixo is fully committed to supporting new versions of Acumatica and MYOB Advanced within 30 days of release. Sometimes, changes in the product will require slight configuration adjustments before Velixo can be used for the new version.

Upgrade Instructions

Please ensure that you are running the latest version of Velixo Reports. A notification is automatically displayed to users whenever we release a new version, and you can also check for updates manually by going to the Acumatica or MYOB Advanced toolbar in Excel and clicking Advanced->Check for Updates.

After your Acumatica or MYOB system is upgraded, please complete the following steps from any Velixo-connected spreadsheet:

1. Open the Connection Manager:

2. Click the "..." button of the connection:

3. Select Recreate Inquiries and click Yes to confirm:

4. Repeat for every connection in your file.

That's it! Some changes were made which requires us to update the inquiries we use to integrate Velixo Reports with your ERP. Everything else will work just like before following the update. Please note that this update needs to be completed by one user only. Make sure to review the access rights on the inquiries following this process.
