Standard Intelligence Reporting Component Folders

Problem:
You having issues with
  1. Modules not running
  2. BI Tools tab constantly unregistering
  3. Can't write to Metadata repository
  4. Other security issues
Resolution
Please ensure that all users who run the program have full read write to the following folders:
Standard Folders
  1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIComponents
  2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIComponentsDotNet
  3. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIExcelFunctions1.1
  4. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIGenerator
Metadata Folder
To find it do the following:
  1. Launch any module
  2. Go to Help > About Solution
  3. Report Repository Details Tab
  4. Repository Path
Program Files Folder
To find it do the following:
  1. Launch any module
  2. Go to Help > About Solution
  3. Report Repository Details Tab
  4. Repository CAB
  5. The folder that these cab files sit in.
e.g. Repository CAB : C:\SageIntelligenceReporting75\SIRMetadata17.cab - The Program Folder is C:\SageIntelligenceReporting75
