Problem: Enabling Dongle error appears when you are trying to Launch your Report Manager or Report Viewer modules

Resolution:
  1. From your start menu, launch the “License Manager
  2. Right-click on License Manager and “Run as Administrator”
  3. When it opens up, click the “Perform Serialisation” button in the image below
