Issue: Richtx32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered



Resolution
  1. Copy the file from your local machine to C:\Windows\SYSWOW64\
    1. This can also be downloaded from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9u2vwicqdtb3x61/richtx32.ocx?dl=0
  2. Go to Start > Type "CMD" > Right-click "Run as Administrator" to get an elevated command prompt
  3. Type: regsvr32 "C:\Windows\SYSWOW64\richtx32.ocx" to register the file ( please include everything in bold)
  4. That should resolve your issue.
