Number 75: Path/File access error

Number 75: Path/File access error

Problem
  1. When launching any module of Intelligence Reporting, you get a file/access path error
  2. When trying to run a report you get this error

Resolution
  1. Check that you have full read/write access to the Metadata Repository
  2. Check that you have full read/write access to the Installation directory
Further troubleshooting
Double check that information can be written to the BICoreUnattended.txt file that has within the Metadata Repository. We have had previous cases where the access rights to the Metadata Repository were fine, but the writing to the file was blocked. As soon as this was no longer marked as read only, the specific error message was written to the repository.
