.Net Installation Error on Windows 10

Problem: You are running into an error when you are trying to install the Intelligence Reporting product onto a Windows 8 or 10 workstation.

 

Resolution:

1. Open the Control Panel and go to Programs and Features
2. Select Turn Windows Features on or off
3. Toggle .Net Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 20. and 3.0) on and follow the prompts
4. Select Download files using Windows Update
5. You may be prompted to restart your machine
6. Once installed, please try and launch our installer again.
