  1. Confirm whether it is isolated to only one report. If it is not, please contact Alchemex Support.
  2. Confirm if it is isolated to only one workstation. Try run the report from another workstation. If it is not, please contact Alchemex Support.
  3. If it is isolated, please unzip and run the attached file on the affected workstation.
