Changing Tenant Name in MYOB Advanced

Problem: You have included an invalid symbol or would like to change the Tenant Name for your company in MYOB Advanced.

Resolution:
  1. Login to MYOB Advanced
  2. In the Search Box, type Tenant to bring up the Tenants List



  3. Select the appropriate company from by clicking the magnifying glass in the TenantID field


  4. Change the Tenant Name and press Save
